When you place an order for our services, your personal information, including your credit card information, is transmitted via the use of Secure Socket Layer technology, the industry standard for encrypting sensitive information. We take your privacy very seriously, and as such, will not sell your personal information to third party (other than a company that may purchase EcVps), and will take reasonable steps to keep it from being disclosed to any third party.

Bandwidth Overages
By agreeing to these terms, you understand that Ecvps will bill you for bandwidth overages in the amount of $0.20/GB. Upon request, For more detail, you can go to our control panel to check it out.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments are due prior to the beginning of the month. Generally your billing period starts on the 1st of each month. For each successive period, your contract is renewed automatically unless we are notified otherwise. Billing period is determined by the billing option you chose at the time of ordering. Your billing period also applies to any additional items and services ordered after the initial activation of you account. Fee for such items and services will be prorated so that the start date matches that of the first domain.

Abuse

If we received abuse, you will have 12 hours time to solve it, fail to do this, We will be terminate your service, if you don't solve it 3 days, we will remove your service, and if you solve it after 3 days, we will recreate new service for you.

If we received abuse two times ( same issue ), then we will ask you to leave ecvps. And this will no refund

To Cancel your account

You may use any of following methods to deliver a written notice of cancellation:

Go to our client system to cancel your account. It will automatic cancel your account.

Unmanaged Service

All the services from ECVPS are Unmanaged, that mean, we don't have responsibility to install, solve any issue in your VPS, but if you really want us to work for you, we can also do so, but please note that, THIS WILL NO TIME SET GUARANTEE FOR YOUR WORK, and will we try our best to solve it as soon as possible

IP

For the ip, it may new or not, we can not guarantee on it. but if your ip list in spam, we are happy to change another one for you

Payment Policies

All payments to EcVps are non-refundable. That is including the one-time set-up fee and also including pre-paid fee.

Uptime

EcVps will provide to our clients with 99% uptime excluding planned maintance and we have tech to monitor our server 24 x 7, but excluding monitor clients service, clients must be monitor their service by themself, if you find that, you are not able to access, please submit support ticket, and our tech will work that out.

For the uptime, it only mean our servers ( main nodes ) and not clients vps. Although EcVps just resell the dedicated resources, we can not Guaranteed how new is the server, if it is unstable, we will ask our server provider to run the full hardware test. But if we think it is hardware issue, we will let client know about that, and the downtime we will not able to give any refund.

If your service overdue, and we still not receive any payment,We will terminat your account, and you need to pay the reconnection fees. which is two $ US dollors. And if we still not hear form client two more days, we will remove your service, and your data will lost, we will not restore your data.

Late payment

We will remove the service, if we did not receive your payment TWO days(+8 6:00p.m), and if we received in third days, we will open new services and no RESTORE for your old service.

Reconnect

If we disable your service, such as late payment, abuse etc, for reconnect your service, it will take 24 hours to reconnect. So please make sure pay the invoice on time and solve the abuse ASAP.

Hardware

Although, we are providing service to client, but we do NOT own the hardware, we can not Guarantee the HDD ( Hard disk )is 100% working fine, but we will keep monitor our hardware, if we think it will be going fail, we will ask our server provider to change another one, but please note that, we will help client to backup their personal data. but we DON'T Guarantee it is most updated or it can be use, client need to keep backup by themself

CPU Usage

Although all our plans Equal CPU share, that is NOT mean you can use it unlimited, we will reboot our client's server, if over 10 (load average )in 5 mins time, and this is just make sure, all our client can be FAIR use, we don't want the clients make our server unstable. For the reboot , we will NOT email to the clients, we will do it straight away, and make sure everybody can have stable and fast server.

Responsibilities

Although ecvps every day to back up client files, but users of the company's storage system in the company of any responsibility for the data there is no custody. Users should make their own backup data or insurance related to insurance, to compensate for or mitigate the damage likely to suffer. For any loss arising from data loss, the companies do not have any responsibility.

Backup

Our backup will recover old backup every 12 hours, that mean, we will remove old data before backup new data to our backup server, and the backup only will use if our server Fail, clients cannot ask us to do restore their vps, if they do so.

CPU Limit

All our services are Equal CPU share, that's mean we don't have any limit on your services cpu, but that is not equal to, you can unlimited to use, if we find you, your possess / loading too high or make our servers unstable, we will restart your vps / kill high loading process straight away and without contact clients, if we still catch you over use our cpu, we will ask you to solve the issue, we may disable your service until you solve it.

DDOS

By default, we will install ddos script in clients vps, if the single ip connected too many, the firewall will automatic block the ddos / attacker ips. If you think the script blocked your ip, please feel free to contact our support team, they will solve that out.

By using EcVps Services,  you must agree to the above terms of service.
